We believe . . .
that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are divinely inspired, infallible, and the authoritative Word of God, without error in the original writings. That Jesus the Messiah is co-equal and co-eternal with God the Father (St. John 10:30; 14:1-11; I John 5:7), and that He took on Himself the nature of man through the virgin birth so that He possesses both divine and human natures.
That God the Father is the Author of eternal salvation. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life (St. John 3:16). In Christ's sinless life and obedience in His death, burial, resurrection, ascension into heaven, and His return in power and glory for man's salvation.
That neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12).The absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit for salvation because of the exceeding sinfulness of human nature; and that we are justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of Christ, and that only by God's grace and through faith alone we are saved (St. John 3:16; John 5:24; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:8-9; 6: 23).
